Cancellation Policy

  • Rooms/Tickets cancelled 30 days prior to event: Full refund less 10% of price as cancellation fee.

  • Rooms/Tickets cancelled less than 30 days prior to event: The refunding of any deposit or moneys received will be made at the discretion of Berrywise Enterprise based on the ability to resell the rooms/tickets. A cancellation fee of 15% of price will be deducted from any refunds.​​​


Lost Ticket Policy

  • There will be a $10 per ticket fee for the replacement of lost tickets.

  • The lost tickets will be cancelled and cannot be used for entry.


Privacy Policy
It is Berrywise Enterprise policy that personal information, such as your name, postal and e-mail address or telephone number, is private and confidential. Accordingly, the personal information you provide is stored in a secure location, is accessible only be designated staff, and is used only for the purposes for which you provide the information. Personal information will not be released to third parties except to further the purpose for which you provide the information. Our web site tracks information about visits to our website. For example, we compile statistics that show the daily number of visitors to our site, the daily requests we receive for particular files on our web site, and what countries those requests come from. These aggregated statistics are used internally to better provide services, but the statistics contain no personal information and cannot be used to gather such information. If you join a Berrywise Enterprise mailing list or provide information for Berrywise Enterprise use and need to provide a change of address or other correction, or if you have questions about how the information you provide will be used, please contact us at

​Reward Points Policy

Berrywise Enterprise is an authorized ticket and hotel room re-seller.  We purchase a block of rooms and as such we make reservations on your behalf.  Due to the manner in which the rooms were purchased and booked the rooms are not eligible for reward points.  The way to receive reward points is to make your own direct reservations with the hotel.​
